Gators G.U.T.S classes are a full body workout, consisting of a combination of resistance work with your own body weight, core strength training, cardio, weight training and stretching.


Classes are designed in a circuit style and each exercise is completed
in succession for various intervals of time. Each class is approximately 60 to 90 minutes and is taught by one of our certified personal trainers in a fun and motivating group environment.

No class is ever the same! We consistently change our circuits exercises to maintain variety, confuse your muscles, strengthen your core, and teach you new conditioning techniques and skills.


Our fun and motivating environment is welcome to everyone of all ages and fitness levels. Our classes allow you to exercise to your best abilities at your own pace, and go harder as you as you progress. We will always help you strive to achieve what you could not on your own.
