
What is G.U.T.S. ?
G.U.T.S. is a combination
of resistance work with your own bodyweight, stretching, various
abdominal movements along with many weight training exercises.
Each and every class is an entire body workout. All exercises are done
in succession for various intervals of time and you have us coaching
all of your movements. All of this is done to great music throughout in
a small class setting of no more than 15-20 participants.
What can I expect from a G.U.T.S. class ?
Results are the number one thing! Overall strength and conditioning is
our number one goal. At least 6 – 10lbs of fat loss in your first
two weeks based on training at least three times per week. Nutrition
classes and the tools to help you achieve and maintain your goals.
Are G.U.T.S. classes always a set group of movements?
Our classes are always evolving, nothing is the same twice in each
class so that we always confuse the muscles and stimulate a variety of
things in the body. All classes are always a challenge.
Whether you are physically fit, overweight or none of the above
everyone gets along in our environment. You go at your own pace and you
go harder when we know you can ! Men and women off all ages participate
and we will always help you strive to achieve what you could not on
your own. Each person inspires the other.
Instructors
Sergio Bevilacqua, Marciano Tosin and Robyn Beck are the class instructors. All of us at G.U.T.S.
are passionate about the industry and the results we bring to our
clients. We have all worked with teams, individuals at all levels of
sport and many success stories to prove our work.
What make our G.U.T.S. classes different from the rest?
We believe that our years in the fitness business has given us the
knowledge of training and nutrition that others lack. It cannot just be
one or the other. We take people far beyond what they thought they
could do and more.
